1. One-Time Secure Links (Burn Links & Time Capsules)
Due to the nature of cryptographic generation, all payments for one-time links are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Adding premium media attachments to a Burn After Reading link.
- Locking a Digital Time Capsule with premium features.
Once you click "Generate Link," server resources are consumed, the encryption hash is generated, and the service is considered fully delivered — regardless of whether you choose to share the link with anyone.
2. Subscription Services (Legacy Vaults)
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your initial Legacy Vault subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the dashboard within the first 7 days of purchase, contact us at support@rahas.lk for a full refund.
After 7 Days
Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee period. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard to prevent future billing, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing year.
Lapsed Subscriptions
If a subscription lapses due to non-payment, the Legacy Vault will be frozen and subsequently permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. We will send warning emails to your registered address before deletion.
3. Service Disruptions
Refunds are not granted for temporary server downtime or scheduled maintenance windows. We aim for maximum uptime and will announce planned maintenance in advance wherever possible.
